Urgent emergencies include, for example:

- Pipe bursts
- Significant adverse effects due to storm
- Power failure
In life-threatening situations, please first call the fire brigade or emergency doctor.
In case of a housebreaking, please contact the police as soon as possible.
Disputes with neighbours constitute a private matter and should not involve the property management / landlord.
