DGV Deutsche Grundstücksverwaltung GmbH was founded in 2009 as part of the WERTCONCEPT Investment Group in Berlin and has been managing residential and commercial real estate ever since.
In 2018, WERTCONCEPT acquired Klaus Staffe Hausverwaltungen GmbH of Berlin, beneficiating from more than 30 years of experience in property management. Since then, the range of services has significantly expanded. Today it includes comprehensive rental management as well as the administration of commercial real estate, condominium owners’ associations (WEG) and special property management (SEV).
Our range of clients includes private owners and tenants, institutional investors such as large companies and corporate groups, as well as funds and other businesses.
Our full service in real estate management ranges from all commercial and technical services to tenant support. We select our employees based on the highest standards of targeted training and years of experience in the real estate industry.
